This seminar will cover the various issues pertaining to Small Business Contracting programs implemented through the Federal procurement process. It will cover the complex rules that apply when a federal procurement is set-aside, in whole or in part for small minority businesses. At the end of the seminar, you will understand the opportunities and obligations created by the Small Business Act and subsequent procurement statues, plus strategies for succeeding in capturing and performing these opportunities while complying with the obligations.
